joker12 FAQ for Malaysian Players

joker12 enforces a policy of withdrawing to the same method used for the original deposit. This means if you deposited using Touch 'n Go eWallet, your withdrawal must be made through the same method. This step is in place to protect your account security and ensure funds reach the rightful account holder.

Withdrawals at joker12 are typically completed within 1 hour from the time the request is approved. This applies to all available payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency. Please make sure your account details are accurate to keep the process running smoothly without any delays.

The minimum withdrawal amount at joker12 is RM50. This applies to all supported payment methods. Make sure your balance is sufficient before submitting a withdrawal request. If your balance is below RM50, you will need to place more bets until the requirement is met.

A pending withdrawal is usually caused by a few things: account verification not yet completed, bonus wagering requirements not yet fulfilled, or incorrect bank account or e-wallet details. Contact the joker12 support team via 24/7 live chat with your request number and they will check the status right away.

joker12 does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals. The amount you request will be credited to your account in full. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own fee policies that are outside our control. Check with your payment provider if you notice any unexpected deductions.

Bonus wagering requirements at joker12 are typically fulfilled through slot games. Live casino games such as baccarat, roulette and blackjack may contribute at a different rate or may not count at all. For accurate details on which games qualify, please check the Terms & Conditions or contact joker12 support before you start playing with a bonus.

The joker12 welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account. It is designed specifically for new members making their first deposit. If you have previously registered an account and claimed this bonus, you will not be eligible to claim it again. joker12 offers other promotions for existing members that you can check from time to time.

After registering your joker12 account and making your first deposit, the 120% welcome bonus of up to RM500 will be credited to your account automatically or can be claimed through the promotions page. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give you a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220. Please check the promotions page or contact support once your deposit is successful to confirm your bonus is active.

The wagering requirement at joker12 is calculated based on 25 times the bonus amount received — not the deposit amount. For example, if you receive a bonus of RM120, you need to wager RM120 × 25 = RM3,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,000 that yields a bonus of RM500, the wagering requirement is RM500 × 25 = RM12,500. Your own deposit funds are not subject to this requirement.

Yes, joker12 bonuses have a set validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled automatically. The bonus expiry date will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. We recommend reading the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting it.
