This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and joker12 ("Platform", "We" or "Company") regarding the use of the joker12 website at joker12.app and all related services. joker12 operates under an international licence and offers a range of online gambling games to eligible users.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any joker12 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the joker12 platform.

joker12 services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

joker12 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All methods support a minimum deposit of RM10.

All deposits must come from a legitimate source and must belong to the player themselves. joker12 does not accept payments from third parties. Deposited funds are for online gambling purposes only and may not be transferred to another player's account on this platform.

Players may make withdrawals subject to the following conditions: the account has been fully verified, there are no active bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements, and the withdrawal amount is not less than RM50. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is approved.

Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain situations that require an alternative method for security reasons. joker12 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual based on transaction patterns.

• The first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC);
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used;
• joker12 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes;
• Any withdrawal attempt linked to fraudulent activity will be blocked and reported.

joker12 offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your account balance to RM220. The wagering requirement to be met is RM120 × 25 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM1,000, the maximum bonus of RM500 is received, bringing the balance to RM1,500 with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only;
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings generated from the bonus may be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met;
• joker12 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of fraud or misuse;
• Other promotions such as VIP cashback and special bonuses have their own terms that will be stated at the time of the promotion.

The joker12 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback of up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback of up to 1.0%), and Gold (weekly cashback of up to 1.5%). Progression to a higher tier depends on your betting activity over time.

All games on the joker12 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, Dragon Tiger, and horse racing — are operated in accordance with the respective rules set by the game providers and joker12. Game results are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

In the event of a technical fault, server disruption, or software failure during a game session, joker12 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. No additional compensation will be paid in relation to technical disruptions beyond joker12's control.

Players are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the joker12 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or dedicated programs to play or place bets;
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system;
• Using illegal funds or engaging in any money laundering activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process;
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or evade restrictions;
• Receiving or making payments on behalf of other players;
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely towards joker12 support staff.

joker12 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any player account found to have violated any condition in this document, or where there is reasonable cause to believe the account is being used for activities that are illegal or breach platform policy.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting joker12 customer support. Before an account is closed, all active wagering requirements must be completed or cancelled, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

joker12 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to the player's own negligence, internet service disruptions on the player's end, or unfavourable game outcomes.

The joker12 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, joker12 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from errors, or meet all specific player requirements.
